Certified IT Asset Disposal for Thai Businesses
When your company disposes of hardware, the data liability doesn't disappear with the device. Under Thailand's PDPA, your organisation remains responsible until destruction is documented. A Certificate of Data Destruction per device gives you that documentation, auditable, legally defensible.
What You Get with Every Job
- Certificate of Data Destruction or Certified Erasure per device (serial number, method, date)
- Full inventory report
- Certified data erasure first, with working devices donated to people who need them
- Physical destruction available on request, with photo/video evidence, for devices that can't be verified clean
- PDPA-compliant process from collection to certificate
- Single vendor for laptops, desktops, servers, phones, tablets, and e-waste
- Office collection available for bulk jobs (50+ devices)
Erase, Donate, or Recycle First
Most of the hardware a business retires still works. Our default process is a certified data erasure to a verified standard, documented with a certificate so your PDPA liability ends the moment the device leaves your office. From there, working devices are donated free to families, students, and community groups who need one, rather than warehoused or scrapped. Devices that can't be reused go through certified e-waste recycling so nothing ends up in a landfill. Physical destruction is the last option, used only when a drive can't be verified clean, is physically damaged, or your policy specifically requires it, and it's documented with the same certificate and evidence.
On-Site IT Decommissioning
Your IT team is busy building what comes next. Let ours handle what's going out. A technician comes to your office in Bangkok and takes care of everything: disconnecting old desktops, removing servers from racks, pulling cables, clearing out printers, screens, and peripherals.
This is ideal if your company is upgrading equipment, moving offices, or closing a floor. Instead of pulling your own staff off projects to break down old hardware, your team stays focused while yours gets cleared, inventoried, and hauled away in one visit.
What the on-site team handles
- Disconnect and remove desktops, laptops, and monitors
- Unrack and remove servers and networking equipment
- Pull and bundle old cabling
- Remove printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Full inventory of every item removed
- Transport everything back for certified erasure, donation, or destruction
- Prepare the space for your new equipment
Every device with storage is securely erased and certified. Working hardware is donated to people who need it, anything that can't be reused is responsibly recycled, and physical destruction stays the last resort. Nothing goes to landfill. One visit, one vendor, one invoice.
Who This Is For
- IT managers clearing out old hardware
- Companies upgrading equipment or moving offices
- Organisations handling customer or employee personal data
- Any business subject to PDPA

PDPA Compliance
Thailand's PDPA requires secure, documented destruction of personal data at end of device life. Your certificates provide the paper trail your legal and compliance teams need. Read the full PDPA guide.
